1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules and conditions for using the services of the Bicycle Rental and Parking "U ASI" Lucyna Jarończyk, located in Witów (hereinafter: "Rental"), and the rules for making reservations through the website.

Renting a bicycle constitutes the conclusion of a civil law contract between the Rental and the Client (hereinafter referred to as "Renter"), under the terms set out in these Terms and Conditions.

Before using the services of the Rental, the Client is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions. Making a reservation or signing a rental agreement means full acceptance of its provisions.

2. Rules for Making Online Reservations

The website allows you to send an inquiry and make a preliminary reservation of bicycles for a selected date.

Submitting the availability form does not automatically constitute the conclusion of a rental agreement. The agreement is concluded at the moment of confirming availability by the Rental (via email or phone) or directly on-site when picking up the equipment.

The Client is obliged to provide valid contact data (first name, last name, phone number, email) in the form.

3. Conditions for Renting Equipment

The Renter must be an adult person, possessing a valid photo ID (identity card, passport, driver's license), which must be presented to the staff when picking up the bicycle.

Renting a bicycle to a minor is only possible with the consent and under the responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.

The Rental reserves the right to refuse to rent equipment to persons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or behaving aggressively.

4. Responsibility and Use of Equipment

The Renter receives technically sound equipment and agrees to return it in the same condition.

The Renter is fully responsible for any damage that occurs from the moment of picking up the bicycle until its return. In case of damage to the equipment due to the Renter's fault, they will cover the repair costs according to the service price list.

In case of theft or total destruction of the bicycle, the Renter is obliged to immediately report this fact to the Police and the Rental Administrator, as well as to cover the market value of the bicycle.

It is prohibited to transfer the rented bicycle to third parties without the Rental's consent.

5. Fees and Return of Equipment

Fees for renting equipment and using the parking lot are charged according to the current Price List available on the Website or at the stationary point.

Equipment must be returned within the declared time and working hours of the Rental. Exceeding the rental time will result in an additional fee proportional to the delay time.

6. Complaint Procedure

The Client has the right to file a complaint in case of finding a discrepancy in services with the agreement or a defect in the equipment that was not caused by their fault.

Complaints can be submitted in person at the commercial point, by mail to the company address, or by email.

The Rental will review complaints within 14 days from the date of their delivery and will inform the Client of the decision in the same way as the complaint was submitted.
